Prototyping| Presencing Institute U.School

What's the critical Elelment of our environment, culture or society?  What about how we teach, learn and Grow?  Seems like the easiest method or solution would be to link these together. . . What links our Environment, Culture, and Society together to teach, learn and grow improve = evolve?
Seems like the basic would be FOOD!  Growing our own food would inspire students both to learn, grow and teach. . . Like build from what's there. . . AWAY from the box lunch, to growing Real Food!  Not trying to exploit something, to get something else, profits.  But to take and use what's there and make it work naturally i the environment!  lol, sounds like fun!

Journal2MyGOD: Thank You Jesus Christ for Creating The Way of Your Word!

What now?
I START TO Build on what's there, use found objects . . .to learn what the potential are, push the current platforms . . . listening to this again to Push and Current Platforms!  Based on the power to ask the right questions, where do we imagine or hear this . . . listening to voices, where do you hear your own voices, those opinions arising from other people around us, and cut to the heart of those. . . what's everyone looking for?  Profits? Health? Life? explore idea and overcome the fears, and you only get to pick one of these.  So Profits = Life instead of meaning just greed!
You are quoting someone else there, which is usually why you write the red text.  You created this for you to understand and express things that you were experiencing and being beyond anything you could understand.
Join the disjoin the world around you, they compliment each other, using the tools from design world and u-world. . . to tap into more detail, to respond to others' challenges, and evolve ways of supporting those to continue to use. . . empower ways to use these techniques . . . Trying to TAP the maximum potential for who we are as Human Beings! . design thinking was project focused, and now it's expanding to more personal experience to understand design theory. . where that intuition grows from.
designs are externalizing these techniques and help each other understand asking the right questions, listening to the voices. . .

Tap into the Max human potential, action, creativity . . . where the intuition grow from? growing to encompass with methods, and understand the spirit, where ideas and experiences grow from. . . At the core of design thinking and Theory U, linking system thinking, leadership, creativity, spirituality into new culture for survival of mankind . . . Like the Righthand side of the U where you are linking and now decide what are the MOST IMPORTANT questions, and what are the quickest fastest ways to get at those . . . . to prototyping. decide what are the most important important question are, to tackle, to move idea, potential, problems, what is quickest way to experiment wit those questions and get answers
I did it . . . snapped the picture too! . . . shit, exploring my challenge, i'm fearful about everything i'm experiencing.
What just happened?  SAVE IT!  Creating your new way of getting together, and listening to the voices . . . . its' all you ever do, where all the Big Universe supports your every step. . . What did you do just now.
I used two keyboards, and I realize that their critical search is communication with the self.  While here before me, pictures, and experiencing of connecting to the moment where I am Being the challenge, engaged where each element of creation is allowing this very moment to share here into the universe, knowing these waves of light and energy vibrate across the universe into the tiniest little fractions beyond all detection beyond the reaches of the ONE ALL U!
While all along you are living the challenges before you.  Writing, sharing, and discussing the deeper elements of your truth, that you continue to share with everyone across the Earth, knowing this light shows up for the blind, experiencing the continued growth we all are together.

It's such a trip, i just talked to my iPhone and it popped up i the chat on the computer. It was SO AWESOME to exploit the technologies.  Then I turned on the video again - - which has been running loops as i read, type, edit, expand add . . . enjoy!  At this deeper level of creativity!  TOTLE BLISS, DEEP IN MY PASSION, SHARING THE TRUTH, IN SPIRIT BEYOND REASON!  WITH EVERYTHING At my finger tips . . . Everything a work in progress, full of helpful connections EVERYWHERE. . . So then i turned up the speakers and put my iPhone there to watch the typing fly by . . . lol . .
What are the most important questions?
It's the value of a person.  Which in fact is also our environment, our food, Live, Health and EARTH!
What changes have been saved.
I'm joining U.Lab because...
2.0 To Change the focus for education, by flipping the classroom, flipping the society, flipping the culture, student is NOT "customer" but "product."NEW Goal being to increase the product benefits, it's own understanding, available tools, ability engage to affect others supporting increased development in individuals, vs customers of a product i make, "selling education." Becomes experiencing education as creative passion development, instead of test taking to get a job. It's my JOB as the teacher to help you find your deepest passion and ability so Society and Culture benefit from your abilities.

My most important challenge right now is...
2.0 CHALLENGE: If this Earth IS MAN, at life is priceless since they all add to the whole.  All goals are set to support, evolve People!  People = Profit.  People themselves must be the product, where we all support and develop all LIFE, starting with school children. Not anything stolen from the Earth, packaged and sold to another to earn a profit, but investing in intelligent people contributing to society. Change person from "capitalism consumer" to creative hands supporting our new social solution, school, church, public office "conscious compatriot" = Participant!
The level at which I'm focused on creating change: Policy/Systems
The U.Lab will be a success for me when...: 2.0 MOOC Participants establish ONE VOICE = ONE MISSION =  using "LIKE" stats online = ONE MOOC, one stat listing to vote on all progress and evolution of the school, culture, society.
Only Person is a corporation such that Stocks are abolished, replaced with tenure, making all corporations employee owned,

wow, how could I argue with such perfect numbers. And I could spend the rest of the day analyzing them and finding more spontaneous flashes of passion and love.
What did you do now?
I got some oat meal . . . yum, i could live on this stuff!  I better I guess!  lol . .
What are the most important questions?
It's lol . . . . it's all about what's next!
What is the most important question?
It's It's, It's, lol . . . such a total trip to see this develop at my finger tips before my eyes, like nothing i could ever imagine. And i realize it was I who created it all.  Which everyone gets lost in, based on how they define "I" . . . since if there is only ONE LIFE, the i needs to be redefined to include everyone!
What did you flash too? ?
It was the greenhouse full of bunks where all the homeless could work, come, go, live grow, learn. Where all our power and energy went to supporting life.  Each individual is given full and complete room, food, health, guidance, luxury, 'so . . . all life was in reach, and they could only produce, garden, read, learn, grow, evolve in a world only supporting life, insight of stealing and exploiting it at every turn. . .
7.20.27am and then i flash to the old-vet in his wheel chair picking grapes. . .
What are the most important questions?
why not? . . . . you are alive too
What are the most important questions?
It's always so simple, lol . . . there IS ENOUGH, we are ONE EARTH it would not be here if it was not meant to survive, grow and evolve, we just need to take control!
What are the most important questions?

What are the most important questions?

DO WE REALLY WANT TO LEARN GROW AND EVOLVE, BE CHANGMAKERS, or just talk about it?
What are the most important questions?
It's all about getting grateful since this is an experience we all share learn and know . . . lol . . . Oh and now these GREAT guest lectures too! Starting with Michelle Long trying to get where people have equal footing.  Cool "And I said, what if we had a business organization where we all were contributing with our highest purpose and meaning toward the things that we all care about?" Figures!  And next is Nipun Mehta talk and he's talking about his development too: Ghandi 2.0 many to many network!  Teaching people to be in the FLOW with their Kindness Muscles: "We were just holding space for them to practice an act of kindness every day. And even they thought they were just doing the small thing, but this small thing coupled with the inner transformation that accompanies it, coupled with a circle that holds all of those reflections, starts to really create an incredible capacity" Neato how he's talking about the Time Bank we are doing here in Tampa Bay. . . The Gift Economy where people are trading time and experience. . . Not sure how many years it's worked, but they used the STARS account so I could get the exact details easily ;-)

Next is Peter Senge with the System Dynamics group he started with. . . principles of systems thinking--"the importance of the feedback loop, the importance of delays, the importance of non-linearity, as I was talking before. This, you might say, the conceptual underpinnings, but it only really leaps into full impact on reality when it's combined with the ability to activate and develop our sensory understanding, because then it becomes a feeling as well as a thought" Oh wow, and my favorite quote at the very end of this from Peter: "We have this immense capacity, which we can barely even imagine. And it's that capacity that now is essential for our survival."

Cool, some more: Week 6h-Peter Senge(Part3) Wow, great piece again where Peter talks about the experience with Rusty the Astronaut looking at the Earth from space for hours. . . Then Otto brings it back to reality saying when we talk about shifting the interface on that we operate, it really is a shift from me to we. From just kind of my own small part to a larger whole that to some degree is accessible, and to some other degree is not."
What are the most important questions?

Week 5 - PROTOTYPING SUPPORT & GALLERY

First video with Otto, about forming the Right Intentions and then the Right Connections, and then Iterate, Iterate, Iterate . . . with the Marshmallow challenge. . . where the kindergarten kids do best and MBA students do worse!  Not a big surprise, but great stuff, see Marshmallowchallenge.com . . . It helps people ID hidden assumptions, shared experience, common language, shared understanding, common stance . . . Next was Otto's experience and description of 0.8 prototyping, which is like a half-step short of version 1.0!

That's principal number four. Platforms and spaces that function as a landing strip for the emerging future.  And now always listen to the Universe . . .

6TH PRINCIPLE: Integrating Head, Heart, and Hand

Watch the video, then answer the questions in the sixth box of your U.Lab Source Book, page 7. Once you finish, you will have completed Worksheet #2 in the Source Book. There are additional resources throughout the book that you may find useful as you prototype.
Still have questions? Continue to the next section to meet Ela Ben-Ur who is available this week to support you with prototyping.
wow, she's doing some cool stuff. . . working with Otto might be really cool!   Theory U really is linking systems thinking, and leadership, and creativity, from the viewpoint of the deeper dimension of human creativity.

Week Four

I started another Listening Post this morning . . . Then finished it when I walked the dog again tonight . . . . So now, I'm back rereading my notes from Week-4 since I never blogged about it:  "that is the way I would describe or define a true systems philosophy, which is one that closes the feedback loop between the human being, their experience of reality, and their sense of participation in that whole cycle of experience."  I've started with the Guest Lecture now, and this is Peter Senge from the files/videos Week 4g-Peter Senge.pdf . . .

of course we all feel like we are always doing the same thing, where we started with some problem, something deeper, cutting across all these boundaries.  It's great how he's talking about the Collective Agent and the awakening to see this.
Funny he said about age 15, while for me it was an accident, 5/30/1980 . . . a date even for me.  But then he goes on to say how it's the firs time this issue has come up on a Global Scale where we all recognize this now.  It's great to hear him say how "there's always been these two parts-- the phenomenal part and the consciousness part."

Next video about how the groups coercive to other participants. . . .

And then more from Ed Schein who is talking about the MIT Center for group dynamics working with Douglas McGregor and Kurt Lewin at MIT which took him from social phycology to Business. Then how this lead into the groups learning from themselves, just by experiencing the space together, or allowing the learning to evolve from the participants, much the way MOOCs do now online.  The management-oriented laboratories where they discovered the power of the experience.  Where Action Research developed with the researcher was participating with the researched.

What was neat about this was how the next Guest Lecture was Steve Jobs, telling you three stories from his Life at Stanford University . . . First - Connecting the Dots!  Started college with no idea what he was doing, or what college would do for him. . . and dropped out to then take classes he really wanted to take.  Following his curiosity and interests instead of the Required Program for a degree.  You can't connect the dots looking forward, but you must believe it.  2nd story about Love and Loss. Started in the garage at 20 and Apple grow until he was 30 and then got fired. And loved it anyway and started over with NEXT and PiXar - - creating Toy Story.  And Apple bought NEXT! Wow!  Sometimes life hits you with a Brick, but DO WHAT YOU LOVE, and Keep going anyway.  Don't settle, keep looking until you find what you love!  3rd Story about Death => live each day as if it was the last.  Asking each morning "if this is my last day, am I doing exactly what I want to do?"  Your life is limited so don't live someone else's dogma. . . find what you love and live your own life!

And then a TED Talk about BrenĂ© Brown: The power of vulnerability. . . the Researcher Story Teller! to expanding perceptions!  BELIEVING THEY ARE WORTHY is where it all is.  Worthiness based on whole hearted people based on Courage (telling the story of who they are with the whole heart) Compassion & Connection (as a result of authenticity)  - - let go of who they thought they were to BE!  And fully embraced Vulnerability!!!  Eeek, not there yet!  lol!  Reminds me of what Otto said "many of the change makers, that are around today face challenges that call on us, that require us to let go of everything that isn't essential in order to step through the gate to emerging future possibility."

How do you respond to Vulnerability . . . Hum!
Interesting, as I came in to reread my notes, and there were no notes from the videos at the end.  So I watched them all again, as I read my notes. . . Now seeing I was noted from Otto's intro:

And the self has these two key elements; who I am today, my current self, and my emerging future Self, my highest future possibility. And making these two selves begin to listen to each other really is the essence of what this part of the journey is all about.
Now again it feels like what Peter Said in the video, how at 15 I realized what was happening, essentially the same thing I always did, but now watching it happen and taking a more active part instead of just watching it.  It's weird, as i remember my experience before my accident.  I was always seeing beyond, imagining and anticipating what I could do, where things broke shifted and changed, and how to get what I wanted. . . and now my Notes are at the line where Otto talks about the fire that took the life he knew away, changing his perspective . . . Like my accident, of that sweet 16 of 15 Peter mentioned

Funny, to think it's all linked to my work too, as I've been rewriting my theory piece, going back to where Grounded Theory and Sensemaking came from.  How they compliment each other and work together.  Linking them stronger and clearer each new word I read and write.  I guess that's really cool too!  What I trip to see what I highlighted and updating it now, as I click through them taking out the extra spaces. . . Just the numbers there alone are sooooo cool. . . 11/11/15 shifting to 11/15/15. How weird is that.

And Quintin was asking on the Abe List about the Kabbalah where they analyze the Names of God based on the Alphabet that directly translated into Numbers!  Of course the screen shot is timed at 8:05:55pm, so it's just more cool numbers.  And I remember the literature today reading the foundations of Weick's Sensemaking which included some piece on Language which listed analytical mathematics on the scale with it too. . . got another screen shot now:

Funny thing here is that it's from my PC at school, while the first clip was from my MacBook here at home. . .

OH I remember what I wanted to write about. . . you see how the math is at the bottom and music and art are at the top, or opposite end of this scale.  But what's so cool is that the top is connected to the bottom, or they are one in the same.  Like creating a big loop. . . and I remember Otto's prayer or meditation about connecting to the Earth.  So back to my notes and the next highlight is back to the fire where he said "And only in that moment of loss, with all of that gone, I realized how much I had been attached to it. How much my identity had been attached to that world."

Course then he says about how we should Journal about since it's moments like this that connect us and remind us we are change-makers here for a reason!

Oh yes, here it is the big loop again:
Imagine if we were trees, we would have roots going downwards. As human beings, we don't have these physical roots, but we still can feel the connection downwards. Attend to your feet and attend to the connection downwards. Imagine this connection would go downwards all the way down to the middle of the earth. Feel that connection. And now slowly move your attention upwards, up the legs, up the spine to the head, to the upper part of your head. Attend to the upper part of your head. And attend to the connection that is extending upwards. And as you attend to that connection notice how the sphere, the globe of your head is a small microcosm of the macrocosm that is surrounding us. Attend to that connection. Attend to the connection upwards.
found something: Remember the Mayan Chant is all about connecting Heaven and Earth...  Male and Female...  lol...  I can't tell you too much more... lol...  but gay and lesbian women fit into it all very well...  lol...  Like Laura and Aerial are both women and were together here when they first witnessed it years ago.    The witch Priestess in town that I visit, is Married to a Cherokee lady...  lol....   They taught me the Tree Meditations and witnessed the chant as it was just starting, too.  NO FEAR...  NO JUDGMENT ...  Why did God send Lesbians to me to witness and help start this???  Who knows?  Maybe this makes it easier for us to understand the New Community!!!
Oh i new I would find it Club Hedo =  Tree Meditation!

Wow what a trip to find this dated Tuesday, June 22, 2004 5:39 PM, but I can tell it was forwarded from somewhere
