Of course it will work. However, we have found that much of the system here is based on old technologies and old methods. Sure we all want something new, but the major players are all making a LOT of money from the old technologies and the old ways. For example the state now has NEGATIVE incentives for solar. What's that mean, well extra taxes and expenses on new solar energy systems, so the old existing coal and gas power systems and monopolies are safe and supported. This is true for 80-90% of the economy. Like the car, everyone wants trains and mass transit, but drive down the street and 70-80% of the businesses are car repair, car services, car parts, gasoline, insurance for cars, attorneys for accidents. . . To shift to trains would destroy all these businesses. Health care is the same thing. Get people healthy and we loose the drug-store on every corner and the doctors and hospitals in every neighborhood. Mayor, farmer and teacher all want things to change, but all the money in the city is from industries that wont change. Like curing cancer is illegal, since it's completely man-made for men to profit. . . . remove cancer and the whole state economy collapses!
